Getting started
Do I need an account?
No. Search any item, paste a product link from any store, compare stores and use the calculators without one. A free account adds a watch list, price alerts, saved lists and the flip notebook.
How do I compare the same item at different stores?
Open Compare stores, paste each store’s link and type the price you see. KeepHawk adds estimated sales tax for your ZIP and shipping, and puts the lowest real total first.
I forgot my password.
Use reset your password. If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google instead.
Plans and billing
What do the plans cost?
Plus is $4.99 a month or $49 a year. Pro is $19.99 a month or $199 a year. The first 50 founding members get Pro for $9.99 a month or $99 a year, for as long as they stay subscribed. What each plan includes is on the plans page.
How does the free trial work?
Your first plan starts with 7 days free. We email you 3 days before the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
On the plans page, choose Manage billing or change plan, then cancel there. No email or call needed. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and your records stay in your account.
How do I change plan, switch to yearly or update my card?
The same place: plans page, then Manage billing or change plan. Your past invoices and receipts are there too.
My card was declined.
Stripe tries the card again over the next few days. Update it in Manage billing and your plan carries on.
I was charged and didn’t expect it.
Email billing@keephawk.com with the email address on your account, and we’ll look into it. Yearly plans get a reminder 30 days before they renew.
Does KeepHawk see my card?
No. Payments are handled by Stripe; KeepHawk never sees or stores your card number.
Prices and results
The store shows a different price.
Prices and stock change during the day, and the store’s own page is always the final word. On Compare stores, the price is the one you type: KeepHawk reads only the link you paste, never the store’s page.
Does anyone pay to be shown first?
No. Some store links pay us a commission if you buy, and that never changes the order. See how we make money and how we play fair.
Where do the eBay listings come from?
From eBay’s official API, in their own list and in the order eBay gives them. If you buy on eBay, you buy from the seller on eBay.
Purchases, returns and flips
How do purchases get on my list?
Add them by hand, or forward a store’s “shipped” or “delivered” email to your private address on the Purchases page. Only the store, date, item and tracking number are kept; the email itself is thrown away.
Will KeepHawk remind me before a return window closes?
Yes, by email, a week before and again two days before, on every plan that tracks purchases.
Is the flip notebook tax advice?
No. It totals what you entered and exports it for you or your tax professional, who has the last word.
Your account and data
Can I download or delete my data?
Yes, any time, from your account page. Deleting your account removes everything tied to it. What we keep and why is in the privacy policy.
Do you sell my data?
No. We don’t sell data and don’t run ad trackers.
