These terms are between you and KeepHawk. By using the site you agree to them. They’re written to be read.

What KeepHawk is

KeepHawk compares offers from stores and marketplaces by their total cost, and estimates what you would keep if you resold an item. We are not a store: you buy from the store you choose, on its terms, and you sell on the marketplace you choose, on its terms.

Estimates, not promises

Prices, stock, shipping, taxes and marketplace fees change, and a store’s page is always the final word. Profit figures are estimates built from the resale price you enter and each platform’s published fees on the date shown. They are not financial, tax or legal advice, and we don’t guarantee any sale or any profit.

Your account

You must be 18 or over. Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. You can download your data or delete your account any time from your account page.

Pro

Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, by our payment provider. You can cancel any time; Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. A free trial, when offered, ends on the date shown before you pay.

Reselling is your business

When you resell, you’re the seller. You agree to follow the law and each marketplace’s rules, including its rules on item condition, brands, warranties, purchase limits and taxes. When you link a marketplace account, you allow KeepHawk to do only what you ask in it (for example, to list an item you confirmed you have), and you can unlink it at any time.

eBay content and tools

Parts of KeepHawk use eBay’s APIs. While you use them through KeepHawk, you are also bound by the eBay API License Agreement; eBay is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them; and your permission to use those parts can be revoked at any time.

Fair use

Please don’t scrape the site, overload it, resell its data, get around its limits, or use it to break anyone’s rules. We may suspend accounts that do.

Links to other sites

Some links are paid links: a store may pay us a commission if you buy. See how we make money. Other sites are run by others, under their own terms.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, KeepHawk isn’t liable for indirect losses, or for more than you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes and contact

If these terms change, we’ll update the date above and tell account holders about important changes by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Questions: hello@keephawk.com.
